Cleaning Specialist & Personal Driver

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Cleaning Specialist & Personal Driver to provide comprehensive support through personal transportation and residential and office maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations both at home and in a light office environment. The ideal candidate is discreet, highly organized, and capable of managing diverse tasks with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Transportation Support:
- Safely provide non-commercial transportation for the employer and authorized individuals to appointments, errands, and other designated locations.
- Use personal vehicle for work-related driving; maintain vehicle cleanliness and upkeep.
- Manage schedules and communicate promptly regarding routes, timing, and any delays.
- Comply with company policies related to vehicle use, safety, and confidentiality.
Residential & Office Support:
- Perform residential housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and laundry.
- Maintain tidiness and organization within the home environment.
- Conduct light cleaning and organizational tasks in the office space approximately twice per month.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring materials are orderly and accessible.
- Prepare, pack, and drop off shipments related to company events and operations (non-customer facing).
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate efficient handling and timely delivery of supplies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid New York State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proof of personal auto insurance meeting minimum liability coverage requirements.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, personal driving, or office support preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- A proactive problem-solver with a high level of attention to detail.
Compensation & Work Conditions:
- Full-time, non-exempt hourly position at $20 per hour; eligible for overtime pay beyond 40 hours per week.
- Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS standard rate for work-related driving.
- Paid time off and other benefits as required by New York State law.
- Physical demands include light to moderate lifting, standing, bending, and walking.
