Type of Job: FT international consultant
Salary: 1300- 1500 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks including preparing and formatting memos, emails, presentations, and reports to facilitate internal and external communications.
- Travel and Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of travel and accommodations, ensuring seamless planning and execution of business trips.
- Financial Documentation: Track daily expenses and prepare detailed financial reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Mail and Accounting Support: Organize and prepare mail and checks for timely submission to the accounting department.
- Relationship Building: Assist the Executive in nurturing and expanding relationships within the company and with key external stakeholders.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor and report on the performance and productivity of team members to support achievement of corporate objectives.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality, exercising discretion, judgment, and diplomacy.
- Project Assistance: Support the CEO and team in the execution of projects and tasks, ensuring that critical deadlines are met.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the CEO’s calendar, email, and schedule appointments, including events and community projects.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and maintain analytics and basic reports using Excel with mid-level proficiency.
- Communication Management: Draft, edit, and manage the dissemination of emails, letters, memos, and other confidential documents. Take messages and respond to inquiries on behalf of the executive.
- Internal Communication Facilitation: Enhance internal communication processes to ensure smooth information flow across the organization.
- Client Interaction: Interface with clients primarily through email, and occasionally through phone calls, to maintain and strengthen professional relationships.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and adept at learning new software and systems.
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
