People Operations Assistants are responsible for supporting the full range of People Operations activities, with a primary focus on recruitment and HR administration. They assist with reviewing, screening, and interviewing candidates, maintaining HR records, and supporting daily employee processes. This role requires a professional, personable demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively across all departments.

Job Type: FT International Consultant
Compensation: $700 - 800 USD per month
Location: Remote

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support recruiting by reviewing applications, conducting phone and video screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and process HR documents, maintain employee files, and update employee information.
- Review and process timecards; track and monitor time off requests.
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Send out daily attendance updates to management.
- Generate reports for managers on employee performance and HR metrics.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- College degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication are required.
- Valid U.S. entry visa preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service and listening skills, with a professional, client-facing tone.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, engaging, and diplomatic demeanor.
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and an innovative approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
